You wont get people into esdale or ultra depth it takes alot of work to get a person down to these depths. Very few people have gone to Ultra depth.

How did you do the ultra depth? by having her lie down and saying sleep? Or in other words how can a beginner in the practice of hypnosis be cautious in avoiding Ultra and Esdale states of hypnosis?

Well the first time i tried hypnotizing her i failed the second time i dropped her really deep within 2 mins i had her halucinating. I have worked with her about 2 years. I think that she is just an all around good subject! Shes great to work with and she is really supportive!
