That was amazing, my hands were totally stuck together!, even with all my strenght against it!
It was only when I realized that he is totally right and relaxed that I entered a differnt place where I could control it normally again, It literaly made the world feel like it was being 100% imposed on by me (in all aspects)

I play Piano and sing but when it comes to playing infront of a known or un-known audience in a formal and in-formal enviromnent I tend to panic, get distacted by noises, my hands go cold and in most cases I get frightened to touch the Piano keys. Can anyone help with this Please?
